Looking for a software that helps with shop mangement, by removing redundancies, tracks orders, time and inventory, has an estimating component and billing contract feature. must be user friendly for a salesperson who is not computer litterate.

No, but it looked interesting. I sadly haven't used anything yet, you should see my office. This maybe why? lol

The only thing I use right now to keep me on track and it's the same software I've used for yeeeeears. Now Up To Date & Contact

Joe you're affiliated with some good products. I really like the electric sign templates you have as I came across them by accident the other day and can see that as a popular item.

But I'm now asking for vendors who want to solicit here to become a "Board Vendor"

We went from Estimate to Cyrius. It's a more expensive program and you're limited in invoice you can do per month unless you pay more. But might be worth looking into. My old boss said we wondered what the hell he was doing before he ever had it. So you might want to peep it out

Joe, i already own your product and while it is very comprehensive and you have been extremely helpful and supportive it is just not easy to use. Cyrious looks like the cadillac and have heard nothing but good, i wont buy it because they will not let me demo it. That was the same policy you had and now i am stuck with $2,000.00 software no one will use. However, I will admit the templates have good value and my design guy uses them occasionally.

Currently evaluating activity software which shows promise, although i do have a few questions that i need to vette out.

Joe what is CRM? is this available to add to my existing software package? As far as training goes, you have given us plenty of resources and we can use it. The problem i think is the many steps to enter your info in the various modules etc. The program is very good but the excel platform is difficult, one of my reps wanted to pay someone $10.00 an entry cuz it took him so long to enter.. If you have something comming out that is an upgrade and can make using the program easier i would be interested in learning about it. i certainly dont want to spend any more money looking for a new program if i can use this one. key word being use. thanks

CRM (contact resource management) If you are not running v.3 call us, it is an awesome upgrade that eliminates duel entry.
