I think you can expect two or three people from ABC to join you. Stop by the booth. It will be manned by Brian, Bob and Renee'. Also our VP, Jack, will be working the MultiCam booth. We are a distributor of MultiCam and he spends most of his time with them. Wish I could be there.

Prices on Hotels have already begun to drop. My hotel rate dropped from $105 per night to $75, Excalibur hotel nights dropped to $111 per night on the weekend. I'm about to cancel and rebook, but I'm sure it will drop even further in a couple of weeks.

Hooters is a little closer to the convention facility and the airport, but a little further from the Vegas action. Imperial Palace is right smack in the heart of the strip with the Belagio fountains right across the street, Ceasar's, Flamingo, Paris, Venetian all surrounding it. Hooters is east of the strip off behind the Tropicana. I've stayed at both and would likely choose IP... I've never been a fan of the Hooters brand or Nascar decor.

Wait a while longer - the prices will keep dropping as the date nears and economy stays flat. You'll end up paying less that $50 a night.

I'm probably going to end up making a reservation for round 35-40 people. This is probably a smaller number I'm sure that will end up just showing like the last meet. Speak up now/soon if you plan on coming so I can add to the reservation. Again this will be for Friday evening after the exhibits close out. Then Maybe head out to the Hard Rock Cafe Bar later that night.

I am so excited that you are coming....and bringing the wife..I have someone to pal around with.. while you and Erik sight see......:)

And while we are there, don't call my husband in the middle of the night to chat....like New Years!!!! Just come to the room and have even more drinks...we might be able to understand you if we are in person... your wife can come too......:)

When are you getting into Vegas? I think we are getting in Thursday night? I would like to arrive Wednesday evening, but with the kids and all.....we'll see.....
