McDonald's golden arches topple in Arizona high winds, crush Naperville couple

Well .... another sign went over on Wednesday. Luckily no one died in this incident but the elderly couple involved received multiple injuries and are in intensive care. Here is the link to the article.

is there any truth to the statement that this location was on a reservation (hence no permits and no engineering)??

I wonder who manufactured and installed this sign? I know Image Point and Everbrite shared the account. I'm not sure who obtained Image Point's half when they went under. I was also curious about the Taco Bell sign in N. Platte that fell and killed that lady. Several National Sign companies share the Taco Bell account as well.

I would say that is why making sure the signs we put up are put up correctly and taking short cuts does not pay off in the end.
