I have heard from internet about "Clear Focus imaging Inco in the USA" specialized in PVC series like one way vision.Now I am not sure whether the company has their own patent or not.

probably they are big company.I am afraid that I have infringed their patent when I sold them.

this is urgent to know.

Try doing an online patent search. If they are a US company and they don't have an International patent and you didn't sell your... umm... "copy" in the US, what are you worried about?

Go to www.google.com. Type in either "patent search" or "copyright search" depending on which on you want to search for. You will get numerous websites that can do the search for you. Read the fine print carefully! Oh yeah, they usually charge you for it so have your credit card handy :D

Hey, here's a novel idea: Why don't you just contact the company who's rights you think you may be violating? Send them an email asking them what rights (if any) they have to the name - or whatever it is of theirs you are using.

As for my phone number, what is it you hope to gain by calling me? My schedule is full. With all due respect, I don't have the time to sit and surf the web for you. As the Admin said, it will take a lot of reading and time, which I don't have for something that does not concern me. No offense, that's just the way it is. I use a few minutes during my meal breaks to scan the forums. I don't sit here all day on the computer - unless it is something I am researching for my own business.
