We're retrofitting an old 1920's Theatre Marquee - would like to replace the moulding with something at least SIMILAR to what once existed - anybody know whare to go for this? Pictures attached.

You're probably going to have to get someone with a 3D probe and make your own molding to match from a CNC table if you can't find something off the shelf.

I'm sure someone form this board can do it from CA, I just don't have a 3D probe.

you can make a negative impression from your molding then reproduce the new molding out of fiberglass. If you dont have a fiberglass guy I can hook you up with mine.

People on this forum can make things mindlessly complicated. That is a standard profile for crown molding in the 1920. I would recommend getting a styrene crown molding & ripping it down on a table saw to just the piece of the profile you need. here is a link http://www.architectural-ornament.com/prod...t.aspx?catId=92
