In an effort to continue to provide our customers with the BEST customer service in the industry we now offer knockdown kits for custom Flex Face cabinets! Using our EC-Flex Standard Frame and Bleed Trim Cover our Production Team can kerf cut our extrusion to make your custom cabinet; saving you valuable fabrication time!

We have down numerous custom cabinets ranging from small cabinets under 10' to larger outdoor signs spanning over 40' across! Our knockdown kits come complete with our Flex Frame and bleed trim cover, corner angles, splice plates, braces, and an all metal clip system. Our clip system is not plastic and is made entirely of aluminum making it extremely durable and dependable.

We also have IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP Flex Radius Corners in 5", 7", and 10" Radius Corners. These corners can dramatically change the appearance of a standard square cabinet and provide you with a custom looking sign without the fabrication time of building one.

Our kits are the easiest to put together and can be assembled in very short amount of time.

We also have 13'0" Kerf Cut Straight pieces in stock if you prefer to buy the lengths and build your own sign. These kerf cut lengths are available in a 1" and 1/2" Cut depending on your needs. We also have custom cuts available upon request.

thank you for posting this - curious about what you have in hinged door cabinets.

Manuel, we have Single Face and Double Face Top Hinged applications. S/F signs start at about 8" depth and move up to 10". D/F is 10 1/2" - 18".

Forgot to add, we have Flex Face Hinged systems as well - S/F is 11" depth and D/F is 17" & 20"

What size of cabinet are you looking for and what depth?

75" x 45" x 12" deep - glass for door would weight about 125lbs and so would the liquid cooled lighting system that goes inside the box.

Brian, at this time we do not have a solid solution for it. We have had customers use our extrusions for this exact kind of project, but currently we do not offer a ready-made solution for this. I'd be happy to send you out a sample so you could see if it would work for you. Just let me know and I'll get one out to ya.
