Not sure if this has already been posted but I have never seen it, really cool to see how it was done "back in the day". Brass and porcelain hardware even. I dont see any mention of OSHA there though.

Hey, thanks. That was fun to review. I remember some of those days -- and techniques. Long before computers, routers, wide use of aluminum, trim cap, etc.

I have never seen anyone in the sign biz 'half lap joints' of 1/8" Acrylic (Perspex in the article) faces to keep rain out as called out on the Technical Data. Wonder how this was done back in the day with tools available then. Thanks for posting this.
