I love how NET 45 in their mind means at 45 days they will start the payment process and the cut checks on the next check run. NO net 45 means I get pain within 45 days. Getting real tired of this shit from nationals.

Ha yep prob right. I had a guy today that just couldn't understand why I was calling when he was only 4 days past due and was going to cut the check next week. You just can't reason with dumb ass people like that.

Wasn't that part of ImagePoint's downfall? and I have a form that asks for net 45 - in writing -with a signature. Lien if not paid in 60 days and the lien fees will be added to their invoice. I've not had to do it yet, but if someone goes over the 60 day mark they become a pay up front customer. And if they won't sign it we don't work for them.

Basically unsuspecting or willing contractors finance their operation. Its a shady business practice at best............

But it apparently does work as many are still lurking in the gutters around the country.
