Dynamite Sign Group is a reputable aggressive and expanding sign company that has been fabricating and installing high quality iconic signs for over 30 years throughout the Southern California region. We are looking to add professional technicians to our installation team.


We offer our employees above average compensation and benefits consisting of paid vacation, sick time and holidays;


Primary responsibilities of the position are:
* Professional installation of all types of electric wall signs and ground signs
* Skillful operation of 25' to 65' sign crane
* Supervising installation crews
* Managing installation workflows
* Training installation helpers/apprentices
* Electric sign service
* Perform low and high voltage wiring
* Assemble sign components
* Professionalism in the execution of all work and interaction with others
* Eye for accuracy and attention to detail
* Good written communication
* Ability to follow instructions, prints and details specifically
* Good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
* Ability to work well with others as a part of a team
* Ability to work within all company guidelines, procedures and policies
* Good interpersonal skills for communicating with clients, inspectors and contractors
                                           Qualified applicants should possess
* Ability to fulfill all responsibilities listed above
* Driver's License (CDL is a major plus)
* 5+ years experience installing illuminated wall signs, pole/pylon signs, and high rise signs and structures
* 3+ years experience in crane operation
* Demonstrate ability to lead and train others
* Clean driving record
* Professionalism and confidence in all aspects of work and communication with others
