In House Electrical Sign Designer / Production set-up person

Encore Image, an employee owned company formerly Ontario Neon Company, founded in 1945, has a position open in our Ontario, California location for an Electrical Sign Designer / Production set-up person. Candidate must have experience with design and layout of pylons, monuments and channel letters with Corel Draw. Candidate must have knowledge of how to take a design rendering and turn it into a detailed drawing. As Production set-up person, this position you will also be setting up files for routing, cutting vinyl, plotting patterns & creating line drawings for the production department. Candidate should have, experience with Gerber Omega & Enroute software. Candidate must be a team player and also work with minimal supervision. Candidate must also need to be a self starter, a good communicator, independently driven, must be able to multi-task and can meet deadlines. Microsoft Office experience required. Previous sign industry experience a MUST. Pay is based on experience.

      Large outdoor LED display is a high-tech engineering product integrating multi-disciplinary technologies such as electronics, power, computer, communication, information, image processing, optics, materials and structure. The relevant engineering and technical problems in any of these subject areas will affect the final operation of the entire display. A perfect LED display must be an organic combination of multidisciplinary technologies. Led display dot matrix module driver is generally completed by a constant current driver chip. The chip includes a serial shift register, serial-to-parallel conversion and constant current driving and other functional circuit components as shown in Figure 1. The constant current chip is a conversion device that converts the luminance signal of the controller into an appropriate driving current for driving the LED to emit light. The quality factor of the constant current of the constant current device will affect the effective brightness of the Exhibition LED Display Shenzhen. Especially when the refresh rate of the display screen and the number of display gray levels are higher, the constant current chip will more significantly affect the brightness of the entire display screen.       Remotely switch circuits on and off while working at height

      In addition to signs, we often work on lighting systems that do not have dedicated or easily accessible switches/disconnects.  We find it difficult or time consuming (or need a second person with radio) to turn fixtures on and off while working on them.  I am thinking that there may be a device out there that can be (temporarily) installed on the circuit(s) that can be controlled remotely via a "clicker" or phone app while staying in the truck's basket.   However, there appear to be several things that need to be overcome: 1. easy install and removal - so it saves more time than it takes to install 2. code compliance, safety (locking out?) 3. sizing the device rating correctly to be able to work in most applications (480V, 50Amp, stadium lighting for instance) 4. to be small enough to carry   Anyone ever seen anything like this?  Are there better workarounds you are aware of?   Thanks for the input.
