Full Time Service Technician (Sedalia & Columbia MO)

Impact Signs Awnings Wraps Inc. located in Sedalia MO and Columbia MO is looking for an experienced Full Time Sign Installer / Service Technician.

 

Qualifications: Basic electrical with troubleshooting knowledge is required.  Experience with crane operation, working with concrete, steel and welding experience is a plus, but not required.   Strong mechanical aptitude.  Physically demanding, outdoors year-round work.  A clean, valid MO CDL- or the ability to obtain a CDL driver’s license is required.  Experience in the sign industry is a plus but not required.

 

Compensation: Commensurate with construction, electrical or applicable experience.

 

Position Summary:   We are looking to hire a versatile, conscientious, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined individual to service and install our beautiful products with care.  Our team members are always safe, professional and show it in their manner, personal appearance and all-around good attitude.  We install various sign types and large format graphics including cast vinyls, calendered vinyls, perforated window graphics, wall/floor graphics, etc. for businesses, hospitals, banks, racing teams and other industries.  Must be able to complete all required paperwork at completion of installations and service.

 

Necessary Skills:

·         Able to cooperate and work both independently, and as a team, in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong Mechanical aptitude

·         Good communicator

·         Accurately read a tape measure

·         Comfortable working at heights

·         Able to handle multiple assignments at one time

·         Able to handle lengthy periods of time on your feet

·         Able to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends on occasion

·         Punctual and reliable
