Here is the 1995 International 4900  DT 466 Motor, Allision Automatic, Loaded Options, All Brand New Tires and 7,003 ORIGINAL MILES when delivered to me. 
Original Factory Paint job.  NO EMISSIONS Shit.  And it came with factory installed automatic snow chains on the rear wheels. 

Bought right out of the Fire House, Never outside in the weather  

Sent to STAMM MFG in Florida to build with a NEW MANITEX SC 62 Ft

The Truck Cab is not new paint, it is the original factory paint job buffed out shinny
