  1. Hi folks. We are running an offer for our knock down kits that I thought I would post here. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Regards, Mike 866-593-9189
  2. Woke up to 6" of snow this morning. Looks like another white Christmas. Hope all members of the forum have a happy and healthy Holiday Season. Mike.
  3. ABC Sign man hasn't started his Christmas shopping.

  4. Congratulations, Kristy and Erik from all of us at ABC Sign Products. Mike.
  5. "Day" is right. No vacation days or sick leave left for this year, so I had to come in today, Friday. But only for half a day. Hope everyone had a safe and filling Thanksgiving. Great game last night. The Giants looked like the Broncos did, this last month. Mike.
  6. Thanks, Eric. Actually, I was sicker than a dog. Last Wednesday night it started with a tickle in my throat. Thusday morning I was to sick to go to work, so I spent the next two days in bed with the flu. Not a very pleasant way to spend ones birthday. But I have recovered, and I'm back to work and ready to go. I like the new look of the forum. Will there be any scrolling banners at the bottom of the page, like before? Mike.
  7. LiteGirl, sorry I haven't replied to your query until now. After I posted the pictures of our sign, I had to leave on a sales trip, for three days. So, to answer your question, the camera I used is a small Canon Power Shot, SD 1000. Nothing fancy, but takes decent pictures. Mike.
  8. OK, guys and gals, here are some pictures of our sign. This sign is 8' x 8' x 30" deep. It is fabricated out of our Wide Fab Frame. The faces are Cooley flexible face material. It is illuminated with two Halophane lamps. The center pole is covered with a diamond shaped baffle, to distribute the light evenly. I have included a picture of the inside of the sign and a picture of the lamps laid out for service. Not to fancy, but does the job just fine. Mike
  9. Good luck, David. Just like any new applications, there is a learning curve. Have paitence and ask questions. Please feel free to call me anytime. If I can't help you, I will get someone who can. Mike.
  10. Didn't really want to get too detailed in my discription, but if it's apples to apples, this is what Accutrack offers: Accutrack® Suite consists of: - Estimating and Engineering - Proposal and Order Writing - Production Schedule Journal - Job Costing and Job Tracking - Production Management Reports Accutrack® Accounting Link includes: - Time Matrix® time-clock software - Auto calculation of T&M invoices - Payroll & inventory automation - Bar coded/scanned work orders Accutrack is a fully integrated suite of software powered by the most accurate, comprehensive and flexible estimating system ever created for the full service electrical sign manufacturer. Choose between one or more modules to provide accurate estimates, engineer foundations, create sales proposals, track job costs, monitor production, and more - all developed specifically for the sign industry. So, if it's apples to apples.............just so we're clear. Mike.
  11. David, as an estimator for ABC Sign Products, I'm probably a little biased. But once you learn this estimating program, you can estimate anything from the smallest single face cabinet to the largest pylon sign, with relative ease. We also have an engineering module that you can add to the estimating software or use it as a stand alone item. It can calculate pipe sizes through the sign, from the ground up, anchor bolt base plates, circle, square and rect. foundations. It's a great item for estimators. If you have any questions at all, please give me a call and if I can't answer them I will put you in touch with someone who can. Regards, Mike 866-593-9189
  12. I believe the marker socket replaces the tombstone socket in intermediate wireway applications. So depending on what type of sign you are retro fitting, single face over 10' with intermediate wireways will use both the marker and bullseye and double face will use the bullseye only. Both come with the "D" shaped back, so you should be able to use the existing wireway covers. Mike
  13. Wish I was going. Hope you all have fun. Be safe. Mike.
