What's with these companies wanting us to charge by the minute? LOL! This looks like an exact copy of Action's contract. I tell anyone that we start their time when we leave to go to their site and stop when we complete the work. We also have a 2hr minimum. If they can't work with that, then too bad...

I've always had great experiences with Wilkie. Those guys have top of the line customer service. Truck looks great!!

Indeed... they stick to the local stuff or sites owned by a local franchisee.

We do $20 for each lead that turns into a service order. Seems to work pretty well since there is no shortage of leads from the guys every other day or so.

With them it can be hit or miss. If its 90 days out you will probably have to call them multiple times daily to get movement. Most of us here have dealt with them at one time or another, weird thing is that sometimes they pay quick, sometimes not...
