Nice little helpers, but a bit pricey... I see the same tools at Harbor Freight for about 1/4 the cost?

Looking to see if there is a hand or power tool available to debur the edge of aluminum once you score and cut it of the brake? We usually have to hit it with sandpaper to knock the sharp edge off would be nice if we could just zip a tool down the side? Anyone know of any such device?
