For God's sake, whatever you do, stay away from the Ford 6.0 diesel engine. I've put over $18,000 in repairs in mine. There is not a diesel mechanic in America that will tell you a positive thing about these dogs. Go on the internet and follow the lawsuits. You'll bleed serious money if you end up with one of these. If you can get a 7.3 you've found gold. I'd even go with a "gasser" before a 6.0. Honestly be very, very careful with this engine.

But...I bet you guys would be more than willing to go to Maine, NY, Tx or whatever for a job your boss sent you on to get your per diem and extra wage. I bet you wouldn't give a rats ass about the work you were taking from those LOCALS. Let's be fair and look at both sides of the coin.

Empire is O.K. Have done several service calls for them. Got paid in 60 days.
