  1. Here is the last and final email that I will respond to for this Thread. I have appreciated ever comment to this thread form everybody on the outside. I have taken every comment and learned from it. I have done everything in my power to help this customer on this sale. I have sold over 20 of these systems without problems. I have bent over backwards to try to make this happen for this customer. It doesn’t matter what I do to make it better, I can't because, I have a customer that is incapable of making it happen. As most of you know in this thread, I have done my best to make it right with this customer. He now wants to return this product. The company makes it clear to make an educated decision before you purchase our system, and state it clearly that no returns will happen after 7 days of purchase on the invoice they sign. I will not, nor will the company change this policy. This might not sound right to everybody on this thread, but this is our position. I compare this to a lighted sign you have sold. You sell a lighted sign to a customer that they signed off on. You gave them everything you promised. The color was correct and the sign was exactly what the proof said it was. When it comes to lighting the sign, the customer has no idea how to turn on the switch, so the sign does not light up. It is not our fault that this customer does not know how to turn on the switch. When you buy a car, they do not ask you, do you know how to drive. I was put in the position to teach this customer how to drive. I did everything in my power to teach this customer how to drive. This customer does not have the capability to learn how to drive. Our products are the best the industry has to offer. All of our products make each and every company more profitable. Below is the threatening email he sent and my respones. He has sent these throughout this whole ordeal. I will not let anybody try to threaten me because of their lack of intelligence. My integrity means the most to me and stand by everything that has happen on or part in this Thread.   2. THe printer has been shipped out back to the client. Lets all wait and see where it goes from here.
  3. Guess what folks, after going out and getting a new printer cable that was not returned with the printer, hooking this up the printer and tested the printer. Guess what, it works great. After I did the test and printed the test letter I put the tape strip on the return and messured the notch points. The notch points where under a 1/64th" in tolerance. As all of you know that is well within what you need to make channel letters. I am going to make a video for all to see and take pictures of what I am talking about. There are two media feeds on this printer. One in the back of the printer whitch holds the "dot matrix tap" (these rolls of tabe are 300ft long and heavy for the upper media feed alone and needs to have the back dot matrix tape feed for proper media feed) and one in the front. When the one in the front is activated by the print mode it begins to feed. Inturn the front media feed cylender has a sprocket on the L/h side that connectes to a middle sprocket and then the middle sprocket is ingaged with the dot matrix sprockets. The dot matrix sprocket was not totally ingaged. There had to be a 1/8" adjustment. Anybody could have look at this with out ever seeing this printer and could have seen what was wrong. I guess George couldent. OPPS MY MISTAKE IN IQ. I am attaching a picture of what I am talking about. I will be sending this printer back out COD for the shipping charges tomorrow. I sincerly hope that George will put aside his ego and try to make this work for him. This is a good system for only $2900.00 and will save 90% off his labor from using a tape measure. If he dosen't put aside his ego then he has just spent $2900 for nothing. From this point I will try to walk him through setting this up one more time. If there can not be a cordigal conversation when we are doing this then he his on his own By the way George, I have never met Brian and have never ever had any covesations with him.   5. Well update # 2. We unpacked the Printer and of course there wasent the printer cable that we sent to him. These are speciltie cables for this printer and will have to go out and buy one. This doesent bother me but just puts a delay on the testing. This unit that we sold to him was the last one in stock. To be continued. I am sure I will not have to email him that info because he will be reading this way more faster then his own emails.
  6. Just an Update what we are doing. We will be looking at the printer either today or tomorrow. Even thought this customer is a pain in the BLANK we will attend to his concerns. We will keep you updated? Even the hard customers will get the chance.
  7. One thing Chubby the gloves will come off. I havent even recieved the printer back yet to see what damage they did to it. One thing I can say is Absolute SIgns might want to be careful of thier SLANDER. If there is one thing that I will not ever stand for is someone attacking my integrety. Each and every man and I only mean "A MAN" Knows what I mean. STill with all thier rants I am going to try to address this customers concerns. If we can't then I will follow the terms of the Invoice.
  8. We are absolutely a legitimate company with a lot of happy customers. Unfortunately Absolute Signs are not the most up to speed company when it comes to installing hardware and setting up a printer on a computer. We spent well over 3 hours on the phone trying to help them. They needed our product in 2 days and we even paid for the shipping for them. The Shipment was delayed by a day due to the fact the address was incorrect when we expressively stated please check the ship to on the invoice. They signed the invoice without giving us the correct address. We have an extensive quality control system here to make sure that everything is what we say it is. There machine was tested before it left our hands and was in perfect working order. Any system on the market is only as good as the user. From our conversations with Absolute Signs they could have damaged the printer. They are sending us the printer so that we can take a 1st had look at the printer. We stand by our products. We will do what ever we can to make this situation the best for all involved. On our Invoices we plainly state that you need to make an informed decision. Our web site has all of our manuals and videos to make this informed decision and tell each and every customer to please go there and read all of our information. I have attached the signed Invoice for all to see. We have never ripped any body off and we will never rip any body off. We are not just a company that sells equipment. We have owned a sign company for over 10 years and also have a wholesale division that sells to the trade.
