Triumph Signs & Consulting Inc. is a leader in planning, designing, and installing custom sign programs. Located in Milford, OH we are a 5 year old company that has a rock solid foundation with the majority of the employees having 15+ year tenures in the sign industry.
We’re growing and looking to fill key positions on our sales team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for increasing sales within the Cincinnati regional market as well as national markets. You will be required to develop relationships with end users, architects, environmental graphic designers, developers, and contractors that will result in new sales for our growing company. The Sales Consultant will provide custom solutions to customers’ interior and exterior sign needs.
The Sales Consultant is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate and mid sized clients that will result in signage projects within the Regional/National markets. In addition:
Call on potential clients and established accounts; consult with clients, propose custom signage solutions, and close deals
Gather client business and technical requirements and translate concepts/ideas to written documents
Using the concepts and ideas from the client, work closely with Triumph’s Art Department to develop custom designs
Serve as liaison between customers and Triumph Signs & Consulting Inc. and manage customer relationships and expectations regarding products and services, maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, customers and company associates
Provide information to other Triumph departments including project managers, ensuring customer requirements are clearly articulated, documented, and met
Required competencies, education and experience:
Minimum three years experience in solutions sales within the sign industry. Must be able to read shop drawings, understand scale, and conceptualize and translate ideas from concept through finished product.
Must demonstrate a strong sales orientation and selling skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and overcome objections, and establish and meet goals/quota
Must be a facilitator, able to work well with both internal and client teams to achieve success; strong attention to detail and organization skills also required
Proficient in MS Word
Professional presentation and excellent communication and relationship management skills required
