JOB DESCRIPTION: - Install, troubleshoot and repair various types of signs, exterior and interior - Sign types include: Channel letters (Neon/LED) pylons/monument signs, digital displays, etc. - Load signage, manage truck inventory, perform surveys - Installation and removal: Complete installation of all types of signage using a variety of equipment (Crane, lifts, ladders, etc.) - Must be able to lift (50lbs), climb ladders, dig footings, set steel, pour concrete - Must be able to work under pressure and solve problems - Must be comfortable working at heights - Must possess a Clean driver license. - New 2021 Elliott M43 crane on an International CV515 4x4 - Top Pay for experience - Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Medical, Vision, Dental, and Simple IRA with company match Triumph Signs and Consulting, Inc Contact Julie Brosart 513-576-8090, jbrosart@triumphsigns.com

Located in Milford, OH we are a 5 year old company that has a rock solid foundation with the majority of the employees having 15+ year tenures in the sign industry. We’re growing and looking to fill key positions on our sales team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for increasing sales within the Cincinnati regional market as well as national markets. You will be required to develop relationships with end users, architects, environmental graphic designers, developers, and contractors that will result in new sales for our growing company. The Sales Consultant will provide custom solutions to customers’ interior and exterior sign needs. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate and mid sized clients that will result in signage projects within the Regional/National markets. In addition:  Call on potential clients and established accounts; consult with clients, propose custom signage solutions, and close deals  Gather client business and technical requirements and translate concepts/ideas to written documents  Using the concepts and ideas from the client, work closely with Triumph’s Art Department to develop custom designs  Serve as liaison between customers and Triumph Signs & Consulting Inc. and manage customer relationships and expectations regarding products and services, maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, customers and company associates  Provide information to other Triumph departments including project managers, ensuring customer requirements are clearly articulated, documented, and met Required competencies, education and experience:  Minimum three years experience in solutions sales within the sign industry. Must be able to read shop drawings, understand scale, and conceptualize and translate ideas from concept through finished product.  Must demonstrate a strong sales orientation and selling skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and overcome objections, and establish and meet goals/quota  Must be a facilitator, able to work well with both internal and client teams to achieve success; strong attention to detail and organization skills also required  Proficient in MS Word  Professional presentation and excellent communication and relationship management skills required Triumph Signs & Consulting Inc. promotes a results-oriented culture and is committed to growing its business by attracting self-starters who are looking to make an impact.
