    Your probably having a combination of problems cutting poly carb especially using a panel saw.

    1. Blade with the right teeth.

    2. Use the spring or clamp loaded hold down that is used for panel saws, or back the cutting area with a piece of plywood or other spoilboard. Cutting Polycarb by itself will jiggle, vibrate then snap just like your photo.

    If that is how the sign looked in real life I would say yes.

    The camera used is a standard small pocket digital camera. Now that I have a SLR camera I'd like to revisit and take the shot. To see this in person, it's not unreadable, but as you look at cold stone and bigbucks coffee you can see that they even look brighter than they should be. It's a bad shot, but was trying to express how bright this sign is. Now looking back, I don't even know why I posted it without having it as a accurate shot of portrayal
