  8. I honestly didnt do any research into this NTP yet paul. This was the first place I came to ask this to see if anyone had first hand experience. I will be doing some research on this tonight. Which postings are you refering to on here about truck dealers. I havnt found any except for the obvious skycrap threads. Thanks
  9. I am looking at a truck to buy and they only offered me a 30 day warranty. I let them know that is a deal breaker for me. I know its a used bucket truck but they are supposed to go over them and have them up to date with osha and dot test standards, They cam back with their "final offer" of a 6month 50,000 mile truck warranty by NTP "the largest truck warranty dealer in the nation" So my question is, are these aftermarket warranties even worth the paper they are written on or will they be there if/when I need them? thanks all
  10. I think you are on the right track.is the cork you have come with a mesh like backer?
  11. I remember when it came out it looks like it was the coolest thing ever with the basket mounted boom and the other boom with the loadline or auger attachment. They where put on such small chassis though. I have never seen one in person or for sale.

  13. I have no dog in the fight but it seams like Kendal has a pretty nice sign operation going on. He is obviously not an idiot. if he wants to put his money into another venture who are any of us to belittle him? Thats what being an entrepreneur is all about. As long as he does it by the book and has it buiit correctly and engineered who really gives a fug. Am I still going to spend 30k more on a manitex? probably but get off his ass. geeze
  14. So just spell this out for us. 1. you had that 50' crane on the 05-07 chassis 2. traded it for the brand new white 62' 3. ordered a new 50' crane 4. you didnt really order a new 50' crane you just bought the tubes and base and are assembling it yourself? Im not accusing you of anything just trying to get the facts straight
  15. this was posted feb 6th today, which is 7 days later you have recieved, and sold the 50' crane you said you had on order. interesting...
  16. Kendal, is the white cab the new 50'? Do you still have the f750 72'? are you saying you are going to start building your own cranes? out of curiousity, what did the 62' f550, 50'f550 and f750 trucks cost
