JNB Signs is looking for a detailed oriented individual with the ability to read, understand and create detailed scale, CADD, architectural and sign presentation drawings. General computer literacy, Microsoft Windows, Outlook Express and Internet Explorer. Must be familiar with drawing programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CADD and an understanding of basic construction techniques and materials, welding, sheet metal fabrication and foundations. Individual must have excellent math and communication skills as well as a good attitude, attendance and work ethic. The prospective candidate must be creative, self motivated and has the ability to work with limited supervision. A solid work history is required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job: Layout and design various signs, awnings and lighting project drawings in both CADD and color ilustration programs. Create conceptual sign renderings, marketing materials and permit drawings. Create part nesting layouts for CNC routing and letter bending machines. Order materials and price quotes from multiple vendors for sign projects. Work closely with fabrication department on production of signs.
Full time position / 40 hrs.per week
First shift / Monday - Friday
