Using A Plotter To Make Patterns For Channel Letters?

It's a install pattern using the heavy brown paper with the red grid lines. -
Does anyone use a pinch plotter to make patterns for channel letters? How far can you plot strait? wallbash.gif Does anyone use a Ioline that will go the 150' they say it will?

Backed up here as well. 6 sets of channel letters for just one job. But I'm going to enjoy the work while it last.

In Corel save it as a Tiff. when the options window pops up it gives you some options to check. One of them is transparent background. Check it then hit save. That should do it.
