Currently seeking a dedicated Production Manager able to oversee daily operations and production On schedule; to ensure that all orders are completed with quality and on time. We are looking for a Long term commitment. DUTIES Oversee a wide range of duties related to production work flow including scheduling and weekly pre-production planning meetings. Arrive before the 8 am start time to prepare for the days schedule and If the need arises to stay after hours to complete a job on time. Maintenance of vehicles and equipment Order and maintain material inventory Responsible for performance reviews Serve as a backup for overflow production needs Supervise installations and complete advanced installations Oversee the professional and courteous interaction of employees SKILLS Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized with ability to prioritize and act decisively High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Flexibility to handle multiple tasks Able to use light power equipment Attention to detail Requirements Driver’s license and clean driving record Dress code is casual but professional Salary dependent on experience BENEFITS A full benefits package is available. The company pays 75% of the health insurance premium, this benefit kicks in after 60 days of full time employment. Dental and Optical insurance are available after 6 months of full time employment and are paid 100% by the company. Paid sick leave and Vacation are available after a year of full time employment. We also offer a Simple IRA that we match up to 3% of employee contribution.
