US Signs, a nationwide leader in providing sign, service and lighting products to various industries is seeking a top Senior Project Manager to lead a group of skilled personnel in the management of our top clients in our Houston, TX office. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in the signage industry working as a project manager. This candidate must be able to thrive in a high demand and fast paced environment.
Job Description
Work with the dedicated account manager to ensure that our clients are receiving superior service and on-time deliveries of our products and services
The senior project manager would be responsible for submitting and obtaining site code checks, survey requests, design requests, vendor pricing for product and installation as well as permits and installation
Follow-up with our dedicated manufacturing partners to ensure that product is shipping on time and work with our installation partners to schedule the completion and punch list of any sites
Provide constant updates to the client about the shipping and installation schedules
Understand the invoicing process and have the ability to decipher and understand costs and revenue associate with the projects
Follow projects from start to finish
Work with the project managers, account managers and management team to solve issue that arise with the projects or client
Required Qualification
Must possess a minimum of 5 years in the signage industry
Exemplary analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with all Microsoft products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong Negotiation skills
Possess the ability to contribute to dispute resolution with clients and/or vendors when needed
