THE ICON COMPANIES MOVE NE OFFICE TO MOORESTOWN, NJ

Relocation from Bristol, PA

Moorestown, NJ - The Icon Companies (Icon Identity Solutions, Image Care Maintenance
Services and Enhanced Site Solutions) is pleased to announce the relocation of their Northeast
facility. On August 29, 2012 the Icon Companies will commence their move into a new program
management and service facility located at 1247 Church St., Moorestown, NJ.

The move into the newly renovated, 11,900 square foot office will accommodate the company’s
expansion plans and enable Icon to continue to maintain superior customer service to the
Northeast area. 30 plus employees will move from the Bristol, PA office across the Delaware
River to Moorestown, NJ.

Commenting on the move, CEO Kurt Ripkey said, “The move will allow our company to better
position ourselves between our key market locations of Philadelphia and New York.
Moorestown also fits well into our geographical location of all employees.”

Icon has been in the Bristol location since September 1999. In the last few months, Mack-Cali
Realty Corporation has been working with the Icon Companies to recreate the new office space
to fit their company needs. Icon can now utilize a better office environment, thus producing
significant growth and sales. The relocation is driven by the company’s commitment to its
current and future customers.

Wow, a company moving into and not outa Joisey... most companies would preffer PA over NJ for tax reasons. Its only a 20 mile move and 2 doors down from their realtor.

So True, Ocean Spray left NJ and went to PA purely on the taxes and energy taxes. There's obviously a need though for the move.
