Project Management - Sign Industry Experience

Identity Management is a national sign company headquartered in Grapevine, TX. We are currently looking to add two project managers to our team due to extensive national growth. We are only looking for candidates for these two positions with current or previous exterior signage experience as a project manager who understands the industry and the processes involved in managing both local and national client projects.

Job responsibilities include creating detailed project estimates for signage projects assigned by management all across the United States. Administrators create estimates following detailed standard operating procedures and guidelines to increase overall efficiency while minimizing corporate liability. Once a project is awarded, it's the responsibility of that Administrator to successful deliver that project under the guidelines of our contractual agreement with the client.

To be a successful Project Manager within our organization you must be focused, detailed, have superior follow up skills, and work at a steady pace. You must be able to document with great precision exactly where each project stands within various phases of estimating and delivery and be able to jump from one project to the next with minimum ramp up time.

Applicable candidates must possess a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and must be able to type >40 wpm.

Pay range: Based on experience + full medical benefits paid at 100%. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Some of the Project Managers that I work with at some other nationals are spread out around the country. I recently provided electrical service for a company headquartered in California for a job in L.A. (Los Angeles), for a Project Manager based in the deep south who worked for the national in So Cal. Just curious.
