  6. I have in sign business for a few months and hope I can get a few pointers here. I seem to get trapped in the same selling cycle over an over. Selling one off projects to individual business owners. Sometimes this is even difficult because by the time I call on them they already have their signage needs taken care of. Of course this really applies when calling on chains, mutli-unit properties, property managers/owners etc. To keep from being "too late" in the process does anyone have any pointers on what I can to at least having the opportunities to bid on projects. I have reached out contractors, builders, chain construction folks property owners and managers etc. but seem to always go back to calling on individuals that are opening new business. I don't mind doing this but it is so time consuming and I feel as I can be making better use of my time by calling on better prospects. Sorry this is so long. Any help from my fellow signage folks will be appreciated immensely. I'm not looking for hand outs but advice from those that have had experienced these type of challenges. Thanks againm
