My client, one of the largest manufacturers of sign, identity and image products in America with facilities encompassing over 260,000 square feet of state-of-the-art production in Los Angeles, California and Wichita, Kansas is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities Include: Monthly Financial Reporting Balance Sheet & Income Statement Accuracy Cash Planning and Management Bank Reconciliation Management Reporting Lead Accounting and IT staff Physical Inventory Strategy and Execution Bank Compliance and Relationship Manager CPA Firm Relationship Manager Equity Partner Tax and Financial Planning Support Member of Executive Management Team Contract Management Legal Liaison Cost Accounting and Margin Analysis

Candidate Profile

“Ideal candidate has an Accounting Degree from a well respected Business School, CPA firm experience for about 5-7 years, and 5-7 years of experience at 1 or 2 manufacturing companies as the Controller (Divisional or Corporate).

Candidate Skills

Requirements: Mfg Experience Entrepreneurial S-Corp growing to a Professional managed company CPA experience a plus (Doesn’t need to be current) Multiple Manufacturing Plants Intercompany GL management STD Costing Expert MS Excel Expert Experience with ERP software implementation Good Negotiating Skills Contract review Experience
