Jimmie, This is a real problem, and in California they've also been asking for waivers of subrogation on most projects these days. We work with an insurance broker rather than with one of the big insurance companies. We have an assigned rep. who understands our account and is willing to call up the contractor and do some of the legwork with getting the wording right. Insurance is still a big pain, but using a broker does help.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated sales professional with competency in selling electrical signs and fleet graphics. Applicant should be an outgoing and friendly individual who maintains a professional demeanor with team and clients. Competency includes computer graphic design as well as practical knowledge of sign construction. Installation 2. We are looking for an experienced sign installer who has attention to detail and safety concisions. Competency includes vehicle wraps and installation of electrical signage. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe rig and keeping supply inventory in stock. Skills in only graphics or electrical will be considered. Project Management 3. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with a natural sense of accountability to manage Architectural and ADA sign projects. Competency includes excellent written and verbal communication, working to deadlines with minimal oversight, problem solving, multi-tasking and organization within a team environment, construction plan reading and takeoff, shop drawings and pre-production art.
