  2. Creative Sign Designs is currently searching for an experienced sign installer to join our Longwood/Orlando FL, installation team. Candidate must be self motivated, hard-working, quick learner with a minimum 5 years sign installation experience. Responsibilities/Requirements may include, but are not limited to: Installing architectural, dimensional, way-finding signage, ADA signage, channel letters, vinyl graphics, pylons, monuments, and other structural signage. Candidate must be able to follow/take direction, and use common sense for quality outcomes. Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours). Must have knowledge of electrical wiring, power tools, hand tools and able to operate equipment. Able to lift/carry heavy objects. Comfortable working on Ladders, Lifts, Bucket Truck and Scaffolding. A valid drivers license and clean driving record, Class A or B will be a plus. OSHA and lift certifications will be required, training provided as necessary. CNC Programmer/Operator: Job brief: We are looking for a full time experienced sign CNC Programmer/Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions for our architectural and electrical sign manufacturing company. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential. Responsibilities: · Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as routing, drilling, grinding, milling, etc. · Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, shop drawings, etc. · Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function · Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines · Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts · Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result · Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly · Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality · Check and Order Stock raw materials as needed for upcoming job requirements Requirements: · Proven experience as CNC operator, experience with Multicam CNC Routers, Omax Waterjet, or similar a plus · Skilled in operating CNC machinery in the sign industry · Ability to read and interpret shop drawing documents to program parts for the CNC machinery · Basic understanding of computer programming, CAD/CAM programs, CorelDraw, and Enroute Software a plus · Mechanical aptitude and good math skills · Good communication abilities · High school diploma or equivalent work experience We offer a great work environment with an excellent benefit package.
