This is not a good form for discussing the merits of selling cheap ass LEDs on ebay to the DIY crowd. We are professionals sign men and women and are proud of that fact. I don't think you know what you want to do, on one hand you are building EMCs to compete with the big boys and on the other you are selling non listed cheap LEDs to the hacks of the world. If you don't know all the rules for UL and MET you had better do some homework before building stuff that cannot/will not be used by the professional. Now if you want to build signs with non listed junk then you should look for the blogs for "Me speakie no English unlicensed sign hacks anonymous".
