Gator Foam? With or without paper face? Black, white, gray?

Just some foam that I can paint with yellow on too. I have not messed with foam letters before so I do not know any details on what kind I need or anything. I assume that I do not need paper face.

I am looking for someone to cut some foam letters for me. I need about 30 of them around 12" to 15" tall, cut out of 1" foam.
