  1. Thank you , my friend.

So I will accept all of your opinions to my massage. If it make any of you unhappy, I feel so sorry.

So look, I will not spam any more in the forum.

If you want to know the news of us, you can go to visite www.bigpicture.net or www.signweb.com.

Or you can connect me .

    So, sorry again.

    Best wishes.

I dont think anyone was trying to run you off. I think just trying to ask you to become a little more active with the forum than just selling your product. For example BOP plugs his product as well as offering advise, opinions and such. I dont think there is anyone that has a problem with that.

  2. Travis, would you mind giving me your home ph. #? I'd like to have a little chat with your wife.

SG, here are the things that have gone wrong with me so far since the upgrade. I'm sure they're temporary, but you asked. I've had to log in each time I visit, even though I ask to be remembered. And the last post I made had to be sent twice. The first time I sent it I got an error message. And most important, Travis is still a member. I thought we were going to do something about that and just blame it on the quirks of the upgrade.

Ouch! Shall I start posting about how boring neon is or something to help you out Joemomma? Better yet would you like my wifes cell #? Neither one of us care enough to answer the home phone anymore (yet we still pay for it, figure that one).

  3. It has been so long since I have had a real vacation I wouldnt know what one is. To be honest my time in SC was the best vacation I have had in some time. Even with that I didnt care to sit and relax to long.

I think my ideal vacation would be just like my honey moon. We went from Illinois to the Corpus Christie back to illinois in a two week period. But we stopped in Memphis, New Orleans, San Antonio, St. Louis and a few other spots. Thats my style though, a hit and run sort of guy.

  4. All in all it was a pretty good day. My wife and I werent bickering back and forth like we usually do with family parties. My kids got along great and had a great time with everyone. And my in-laws didnt say but a couple of words to me all day long.Cant beat that with a big stick!

  5. I also wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving. May your waists be larger tomorrow evening.

I especially want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, Erik, who, a couple years ago saw a void in the available sites for sign people and created what I consider to be the Taj Mahal of sign forums. But he didn't stop there. He's continually making it better and better. Erik, you have an amazing ability to supply us, every single one of us (well maybe except for iLevel) a think tank, a library, a living room, and a rec room. And a girlie bar. OK, and a boyie bar if you girls want one.

Thanks, Erik. I hope, one day, to shake your hand.

Man Erik, I dont know that I would want to shake Joemomma's hand now. I think he just deposited a load on it. :laughing1:

Actually Erik, I agree with Joemomma on that one. Well done.

Happy turkey day to all. Actually we, at the shop, had our annual turkey day luncheon. The boss likes to fry up turkeys. This year he broke out his grill and cooked some briskets, sausage, and turkey along with a fried turkey. Along with all the other fixin's everybody was full as can be. It is actually a very nice deal as we all get to invite family and such. My mom is a standard with me and I also got my grandmother to come which was real nice for me. It was a real good day today and tomorrow will continue the same because I dont have to go to my inlaws house. :sml (26):

  6. We have the same 'problem' over this way Joemomma. We had a job a couple monthes back that had a ten man shop scrambling with each guy easily getting 50-60 hours for a couple weeks. I am in the position that I get to see and be a part of everything coming in and I saw no relief in sight. I would tell the guys that we should all keep up a similar pace as the work load would allow it without getting the bossman uptight about paying all the OT. I am the only one, aside from the boss, that continued with the 50-60 hour weeks. Periodically one of the guys will put in some time but nothing like it should be. It is a period when the boss should call manditory OT.

Here is the pet peave of it all. When we are busy the guys bitch that they are working to much and have no life outside of work. When it is slow they bitch that they arent making enough money. When its busy they only want to work 40 hours. When it is slow they want to work the 60.

  7. I was at the shop working when one of the guys came back from a small install just freaking out, "guys you gotta listen to this" he said. Me and another fella walked up to the truck to listen to the news over the radio. Next thing you know there was a couple more guys listening. And then the entire shop was huddled around the truck just stunned and quiet. We were all around that truck for about an hour with barely a word between us. The rest of the day you could have heard a pin drop everyone was so quiet.

And to think that today we have a few around the shop that insist the USA has no business overseas. Bet your ass that day they were on board to kill them all.

  8. Bush tried. The way I see it, just after 9-11 Bush said you mother fuckers are gonna die. Then he saw ole Sadaam off to the side laughing and decided to fuck up his day too.

Unfortunately when you are working for so many people there are certain checks and balances to go through before you can punch back. When he finally got enough of an ok it was to late. The mother fuckers already gone and hiding.

  9. You noticed that too, huh? He called again this morning and actually left a message this time. Very sweet and nice asking me to please call him back so we can talk. A completely opposite demeanor than what he has on signweb.

Let me think about this for a second... Should I call him back on my dime? NO! As my one uncle used to say (rest his soul) "I might be dumb, but I'm not stupid!"

I was always told that I am not stupid I am just slow.
