I got a guy close to me when i need it. No need to buy it , we have enough work to pick and choose what we want. Whats that have to do with where icrane has gone.
Good reading comprehension
I have 3 - 62' I Cranes already. Just adding a local service/install truck so 50' is enough for that
gotcha

reverse print on matte clear acrylic second surface on a flatbed and clearcoat the back(second surface)

So you are already manufacturing signs just not labeling? If you are turning away a bunch of work and think it is a no brainer to get that work by paying a couple grand a year then go for it.

My next crane will be a skyhoist(bought by manitex) rx87 on a tandem. In my opinion if you are going to really load it up and make it a rolling shop it will be overweight on a single axle. Anything over a L55 or sx57 should be on tandem if you plan on loading it with gear and making it anything other then a service truck. For instance, take a look at the thread of the elliot that was at AC sign show. They say that thing is 25k out of the factory. Ad a generator and oxy/fuel tanks and a few tools and you are overweight with 2 people. My friend bought a sx70 and overloaded it on a single 33k chassis and had to have a tag axle installed.
Another person who specialized in manitex/skyhoist/skyhook is the crane center. they are even closer to you. Stamm does top notch work as well as we have all seen.

get a tandem axle, dont overload a single

Paul, did you build the lamp box or did stamm? What about ladder? Where will you put them I don't see any mounts. Are there any tie down points if you want to carry a crate of signs or strap down a sign?
Just getting some ideas for when I have my flatbed done
