"routered and backed up" is what we call it
"routered and push through" is what we call push through letters

I cant explain the ladder plank but it looks like the blocks under the frame holding the turret to the frame came off. you can see the bolts are still attached to the turret plate. Thats scary
-
im assuming you are using leds or else this would be 48x49. No i would probably not increase the price if this was a once and done sale. not expecting to make a bunch more for other locations.

someone def was an idiot with the treadle. The back gauge is fine. I see what you are saying it looks wierd but its the photo.

for the record, we also put silicone on each led module along with the provided VHB tape. added insurance, nothing wrong with it. Id call it hack if they didnt use silicone.

-
Ill take a sample roll of the 3/4" please

only did a survey for them, took 114 days to get paid

they are only 40 bucks cheaper for a rebuilt vs new remotes for the sx/manitex cranes. we still buy new. Wish they were more competitive with that stuff.

at 59 do you have any sort of exit strategy?? you said you have a lead installer who worries about getting the jobs done. Thats a good thing. It shows he has an interest in the company. Does he have any brains to run a company? have you discussed a buy out plan with anyone? I dont know how many people you have working for you or the size of the actual business but at your age you might want to think about your exit. Since you have been working for 40 years and many of those at a successful business you own i would like to think you have some options( money) and can dial it back a bit and hire someone to help with day to day.. There are certainly people out there you just have to pay for them.

I have one on my 57 and also had one put in my versalift i had built. I will never build a truck again without one.
two pics attached. me installing 2 9'x9' router and pushed through 5" deep cabinets and the other me installing 8x10' faces.
I have 2 different jib poles for mine for diff weight needs and reach

I always try and bypass the distributor. ours are always the bottleneck with signcomp orders.
