Nice, I saw Charlie Daniels at Cricket a couple of years ago, along with the Marshal Tucker band.
I'm going to Brad Paisley there in October because my fiance told me so.

We listen to Sirius (XM) satelite radio in my shop. We usually have it on Classic Vinyl, which is basically classic rock. When we get bored of that we listen to Alt Nation which is current alternative rock music. We also like the Coffee House, which is mostly acoustic songs.
When I am alone I listen to Howard Stern, but it's not very work appropriate so I only listen when no one else is around.

Thanks!
I spent the day snowboarding and watching New England get beat!
Can't beat that.

I heard something on the radio yesterday (bubba the love spong of all people). In the New York times they stated that we have spent more then 1.2 trillion (yes I said TRILLION) dollars on the war in Iraq. If we did not spend that money on the war....well, read this article:
What $1.2 Trillion Can Buy
Medical research, tackling poverty and education, and reconstruction of New Orleans would all be ways to spend $1.2 trillion. Here’s another: The war in Iraq.
The human mind isn’t very well equipped to make sense of a figure like $1.2 trillion. We don’t deal with a trillion of anything in our daily lives, and so when we come across such a big number, it is hard to distinguish it from any other big number. Millions, billions, a trillion — they all start to sound the same.
The way to come to grips with $1.2 trillion is to forget about the number itself and think instead about what you could buy with the money. When you do that, a trillion stops sounding anything like millions or billions.
For starters, $1.2 trillion would pay for an unprecedented public health campaign — a doubling of cancer research funding, treatment for every American whose diabetes or heart disease is now going unmanaged and a global immunization campaign to save millions of children’s lives.
Combined, the cost of running those programs for a decade wouldn’t use up even half our money pot. So we could then turn to poverty and education, starting with universal preschool for every 3- and 4-year-old child across the country. The city of New Orleans could also receive a huge increase in reconstruction funds.
The final big chunk of the money could go to national security. The recommendations of the 9/11 Commission that have not been put in place — better baggage and cargo screening, stronger measures against nuclear proliferation — could be enacted. Financing for the war in Afghanistan could be increased to beat back the Taliban’s recent gains, and a peacekeeping force could put a stop to the genocide in Darfur.
All that would be one way to spend $1.2 trillion. Here would be another:
The war in Iraq.

I love dimensional signage. You should start pushing it WCSG. Make some samples with all your free time.

Unlike Marek, I have no roots there, but I would love to spend a couple weeks in Wales. It's been a dream for many years. The problem with that is I probably wouldn't be allowed on the plane. I just can't see myself making it past security without getting into trouble.
Let me know if you ever plan on going, I might be able to set you up with some local tour guides.

I've been very fortunate over the past few years and have taken my share of vacations. I've been to the UK 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years. It helps to have family and friends in Wales to stay with.
I went to Hawaii for the first time a couple of months ago, that was great. My Dad lives down in Baja so I can always go down to his place on the beach to do some fishing and surfing. And then during the winter I go snowboarding about 3-4 times a month at the local mountains and usually a trip or two to mammoth or Tahoe. Last but not least, I live in San Diego. It's like a vacation everyday.

I also wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving. May your waists be larger tomorrow evening.
I especially want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, Erik, who, a couple years ago saw a void in the available sites for sign people and created what I consider to be the Taj Mahal of sign forums. But he didn't stop there. He's continually making it better and better. Erik, you have an amazing ability to supply us, every single one of us (well maybe except for iLevel) a think tank, a library, a living room, and a rec room. And a girlie bar. OK, and a boyie bar if you girls want one.
Thanks, Erik. I hope, one day, to shake your hand.
Yeah, what he said.
I'll shake his hand as soon as he collects his park tickets I have waiting for him and the family.

Guiness and Boddingtons. Anyone ever go to Beverages and More (bevmo)? It's got such a good selection of brews from all over the world. I can spend days looking at all the brews from the British Isles. Stuff I only ever see when I am back home visiting family.
