Stay away - They owe us money from May - no responses

Did a few things for South Water Signs out of IL. Have yet to be paid. One invoice dates back to May. No responses from emails, VM for accounting is full and no one answers the phone lines. We were supposed to do a bunch of H&R Blocks for them and they lost all the projects as well. Had to cancel the PO's.

Looking for an experienced project manager familiar with the sign industry
Sign Star, is a local sign installation company located in Islandia, New York. We are seeking a motivated, organized and detail oriented project manager to join our team. The project manager will manage multiple client projects simultaneously and work with the design, production and installation teams to meet client deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of multiple projects simultaneously through permitting, design, development, and installation phase to ensure client deadlines are met
- Responsible for day-to-day communication with clients to provide project updates and ability to develop long term relationships with clients
- Utilize communication and time management skills to manage flow of information to and from client and with GC site contacts
- Coordinate projects with in-house installation team
- Schedule and coordinate installations, including getting any necessary permitting
- Provide weekly status updates to leadership team
General Background and Requirements:
- 2+ years of construction project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and able to work independently
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
