We are a manufacturer of quality illuminated and non-illuminated signage as well as custom interior and exterior building fixtures & design accent pieces, custom sheet metal and plastic products. In our 32,000 sq. ft. assembly/manufacturing plant we have thermoforming, paint shop, CNC routers, and craftsman type custom manufacturing. We are located in Northwest Dallas, TX. We are currently looking for an experienced "hands-on" fabrication Shop Foreman/Supervisor. You must be an effective communicator with Project Managers, Purchasing, Installation Supervisor, Engineering and Management. Applicant should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, and/or fabrication. A combination of experiences will be considered. The applicant should have the following qualifications & experience: • Welding & Fabrication processes • Manufacturing processes and procedures • Well organized • Excellent communication skills -- bilingual required • Math skills • Mechanically inclined • Able to read and understand Blueprints • Excellent Problem solving skills • Forklift/Crane experience • Assembly/Mechanic Experience • Safety Procedures & Programs • Production oriented • Quality Control/Quality Assurance • Ability to work with a diverse workforce Compensation will be predicated on work experience and qualifications.
