Has the accu-clinch to lock all letters together and also have a small clincher for the little letters. all metal table need to go have magnets for trim capping. Mathews paint system with scale and shaker. 2 CNC router run with Mach software one is a 4'x8' table with vacuum table and other is a 74" x 125" table. HP 335 latex printer and laminator. 60" Graphtec plotter. design computer mac. Lots of vinyl and paper for patterns. All equipment ready to go to work. LIMAC has recently made several big modifications on our CNC Router machines, strictly according to CE conformity. -Protection switch: Machine power shut down automatically in case controller cabinet is opened when machine is working. -Imported buttons with bigger currency load, provide enough safety for operator. -New tool sensor calibrator elimiates EMC, making the machine a complete safe and stable-working equipment. -Two limit sensors in the long direction of machine -Cable chain in long direction is closed to prevent dust -Controller electronics new layout completely eliminates EMC. Besides, the following parts are also changed. -Big diameter dust collection hood to make sure powerful suction of dust. -Yellow anti-collission blocks -Roller to hold cable chain LIMAC is continuing to make more modifications to our cnc routers to provide customers a complete safe, easy and trouble-free new cnc router user experience.
