Production Leader for a family owned Award Winning 40 year old Sign Company. Core market is IN, OH, KY. Qualities Needed: Must be willing to LEAD crew, hands on work - this position is not just sitting behind a desk and giving directions. Management skills, Honest Positive Attitude, Strive to Work with the Best, Creative & Mechanically inclined, Excellent in Math, written & verbal, Corel & other industry software, expert in electric signs, design, vehicle wraps, CNC, painting, installation of all types, & you enjoy being challenged. CDL will be needed within 90 days of hire. Duties: Oversee all jobs (average 60 jobs a month), Direct 5 employees, quality control, Communicate with team, sales reps, subs & customers, work in all areas as needed. Oversee maintenance of 2 boom trucks, 2 trucks, equipt, tools, and facilities. Meet quarterly sales goals & budgets. Authority: Hire, Fire, train employees for all ordering, production, and installation departments. Be a leader, oversee productions meetings. You report to the owner.
