I drew the Popeye's Account for Superior Electrical Advertising back in 1994. I am not sure if SEA still has the contract.

Sign Resource and AAA Signs are two that I know.  There are others, but not positive of the others.

Superior Elecrrical Advertising of Long Beach CA had the Popeye's account in 1985. I know because I drew over 100 locations for Jeffrey Stern.

About 2-3 years ago Entera asked us to do some stuff for a local Popeyes. It was signage, "balcony" canopies and even to core drill and install a dumpster fence. I turned down the job because Entera had been a pain in the ass to work with and get paid from in the past, and I'm not core drilling and putting up a fencing enclosure.
