Become fluent in reading and analyzing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and contract documents. Occasionally travel to visit clients and participate in field meetings, site inspections as well as oversee installations. Support the collections process as needed with your clients to help keep the company financially sound. Grow to meet agreed-upon performance goals by assuming new projects when available. Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors and the design community to deliver on our commitment to world-class customers. Take on appropriate production tasks on the shop floor to help complete your projects when needed. Skills and Qualifications We are looking for a person with a with at least 3 years sign experience in Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent technical experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing of ADA signage. College degree a plus. The ideal candidate is a passionate maker, eager to learn and grow, has a high level of commitment and self-motivation, an inquisitive mind, high attention to detail, time management skills, and a strong ability to organize and prioritize. Effective oral and written communication skills, team working skills and a professional and courteous demeanor are required. Our fast pace and constant change require a high level of creativity, resilience, and adaptability. Computer skills is a must. Experience with manufacturing of ADA signage and implantation, exhibits, or related industries, managing large-scale projects for corporate offices, hospitals, and educational facilities is a plus. Experience reading floor plans and shop drawings, and a track record managing others are valued. A clean driver's license and flexibility to travel is required.
