I'm here also. They shut the highway(s) in Northern Jersey down this morning for 2 hours after I got on due to ice, the 22 car pile up may have had something to do with it as well.

We have the rain up north too..

I'm below the snow line.. but not the cold line.. my shop is like 47 deg. with 100% humidity..

I forgot to buy bug-juice for the jet engine heater...

Been using a heat gun to bend trimcap.. lol

I hear you. What Trim cap do you use? I use the jewelite for the bigger letters then the transco, which seems like the old silvartrim for smaller letters since it's so flexible. I miss the plastico Trim cap, seems like that stuff was right in the middle.

I use the jewelite.

It is ok during the summer when the shop gets the usual 110+

But not in the cold.. it snaps..

the weld-on is pretty thick too..except after heat gun..

But I have some experiences with plastics.. so I thin it and it flows like thick water..
