Thanks, We are currently allowing them to use the time anyway they want, but we are getting into unchartered territory with possibly cutting hours back.

Does anyone allow their employees to use their vacation time to fill in the 40 hours. For example if they come up short on hours say 38 do you allow them to have 2 hours of vacation to fill their 40
