Description
1. Receive daily work schedule and travel to off-site locations in order to repair, inspect, troubleshoot,or clean signs and exterior lighting as noted on the work order.
2. Must be presentable and possess the ability to speak with customers in order to build relationships and to communicate to them what is happening with their particular issue.
3. Be thorough and accurate when filling out all paperwork pertaining to the specific job.
4. Be responsible for maintaining your own equipment, inventory and vehicles.
5. Be able to work overtime and/or on call as workload and emergency issues dictate.
6. Be accountable for travel expenses and advances that will be given in order to travel and work in other areas.
7. Follow all safety procedures at all times.OSHA 10HR a plus
8. Basic Computer Skills
9. Experience in driving a bucket truck or similiar, CDL a Plus

Short Term Disability
Short Term Disability is provided to employees at no cost. When an injury or illness
renders an employee to become disabled, STD can pay up to a maximum of 13

Long Term Disability
Long Term Disability is provided to employees at no cost. When a disability
continues past the maximum Short Term Disability time frame, Long Term Disability
will pay 66 2/3% of employee earnings for up to two years.

401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan

Requirements
High School degree required. Some college or technical education preferred. This person needs a technical aptitude and should have a comfort level with electrical and mechanical equipment
minimum of 2 years of experience in the sign repair / lighting maintenance field.
English is the primary communication language. Ability to speak, read, and write in English are required. Ability to communicate in Spanish as a second language would be favorable
This position is based outdoors in the field and therefore regular exposure to heat, cold rain, etc, will be normal. Position will require occasionally lifting tools, parts and equipment up to and including 25 pounds and rarely exceeding 25 pounds. Position will require standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, climbing stairs and ladders, working from heights, crouching, kneeling, balancing, manual dexterity, grasping, depth perception and visual acuity-both near and far. The primary work environment this position encounters includes the prevailing weather conditions found outdoors; however, working in attics, on roofs, or in crawlspaces will also be expected. Will be expected to drive on all types of roads including expressways
