Salary Range: $18-$20/hour Type: Full Time Description 1. Receive daily work schedule and travel to off-site locations in order to repair, inspect, troubleshoot,or clean signs and exterior lighting as noted on the work order at multiple sites for multiple customers. 2. Must be presentable and possess the ability to speak with customers in order to build relationships and to communicate to them what is happening with their particular issue. 3. Be thorough and accurate when filling out all paperwork pertaining to the specific job. 4. Be responsible for maintaining your own equipment, inventory and vehicles. 5. Be able to work overtime and/or on call as workload and emergency issues dictate. 6. Be accountable for travel expenses and advances that will be given in order to travel and work in other areas. 7. This person needs a technical aptitude and should have a comfort level with electrical and mechanical equipment minimum of 2 years of experience in the sign repair / lighting maintenance field. English is the primary communication language. Ability to speak, read, and write in English are required. Ability to communicate in Spanish as a second language would be favorable This position is based outdoors in the field and therefore regular exposure to heat, cold rain, etc, will be normal. Position will require occasionally lifting tools, parts and equipment up to and including 25 pounds and rarely exceeding 25 pounds. Position will require standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, climbing stairs and ladders, working from heights, crouching, kneeling, balancing, manual dexterity, grasping, depth perception and visual acuity-both near and far.
