lol. That was awsome lastnight. at around 2:15am thunder was right over our house and blasted like it was right in front of our window. Kirstie jumped up so fast outta bed and jumped on me, she hates thunder. I love it, I wish I woulda been outside watching the light show. I took my old canon out once and let the shutter open for a good hour. Interesting pic it was. I'll have to find it and post it. I even did one with a huge meteor shower, that's a cool pic too.

I'm having a conversation in a thread at signweb with a Mr. T, and it's making me wonder. Is there scrict sign codes where you do business that's keeping you from making money. It just seems very self defeating for a city to stay and maintain competitive business wise along with making revenue from permits. I'm in socal and I just don't see it, Cali loves their money from businesses. He's talking about wanting to hire lobbyist on behalf of the sign industry to fight sign codes. I'm sure theres some small towns who just like to stay small or historic area or zones. But complete cities? As a business owner if I had a retail store that depended on adverts I would move to another town or city. In turn i'm sure others would follow. Laike many go to Arizona to escape high taxes and regulations.

I think theres all kinds of stories out there, ones of inspiration and ones that can scare you. It's just going to be up to you to be able to work hard and enjoy what you do. From reading all your posts it sounds to me like you really do have what it takes. I'm all for you doing it, I enjoy it that's for sure :D I think I could be a great asset somewhere working for someone. But to know I could make a big chunk in one job myself that would take me a couple weeks being paid hourly would kill me inside. But the upside working for someone else is, business aspect is not my problem and I won't stress So +'s & -'s
