  1. Wouldn't mind having that laser, although I would prefer a bigger cutting area. What's the model #? M-300, or M-360? Can you tell me what attachments come with it? Air assist? Vector cutting table? Rotary attachment? Air assist? Dual head? How many lenses? Honestly, it's worth more than my wife is gonna let me spend. But I might beable to help you figure out a good price.
  2. I picked up a pair of those last night at HD. I was almost giddy at how easy they made stripping GTO and other wires. How we ever managed without 'em I have no idea. I don't even care if they break. I will buy another pair, and another, and another. Hopefullly, this pair will last though.
  3. Turn two on, leave one off, go to attic and short out on of the lights that is on. Back downstairs you know wich light is which because the light you left off is off, the light you left on is on, and the the breaker has been tripped for the third. I only figured this out due to the many times I've been shocked messing with live wires. Is there nudity involved in the adult version?
  4. Those probably would have come in handy yesterday when thought I was about to cut three dead wires in one snip.
  5. Wish we had the capitol, including relocation funds. But we are stuck in Phoenix.
  6. I would really like to see that episode as well. That guy is fascinating to watch and learn from.
  7. I particulairly enjoyed the story further down. couple ended up in a Puerto Rican detention center Aug. 9 following their capture at a hideaway on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. The couple disappeared nearly seven months ago after allegedly defrauding 700 insurance customers of $10.3 million" A couple months ago I met an insurance broker, Sarah, who had set up an office in a strip mall next door to one of my oldest and best customers. Her office was nothing but proffessional and clean. Allowe me to describe the scene... The building is brand new construction. Her office has a comfortable waitng area in front of an elaborate reception desk. Behind the reception area are 6 desks, each with its own brand new computer staion. All of the furniture is new. Everything is new and expensive. Sarah went all out setting up her office. I was a little early on the day I was to pick up final payment from my customer. Sarah showed up and offered to let me waite in her office. We talked for a good hour about her and her insurance company. Here is what I found out: Sarah is the owner and sole employee. Sarah is 22 years old. After travelling abroad for two years and doing nothing with her life after high school, she settled on a job at an insurance company to make her mother happy. Sarah worked at that job for 6 months. 6 MONTHS! And then she quit... To open her own insurance company. Did I forget to mention Sarah drives a brand new Escalade? According to Sarah, "anyone can open an insurance company - you just need to know the laws."
  8. If it looks like a fish, and it smells like a fish, and it tastes like a fish... I wouldn't give them a damn penny! Eff that! Chances are, if this is truly a scam, and it does sound like one - they live by taking the easy sucker. And I will guaran-fucking-tee you if they are on a scam you are not the only scam they have going!!! Sure they can threaten this and that and cause you to worry that you're gonna lose your house, business, car and everything you work your ass off for - and probably 85% of the time they get their way. Maybe eve 99% of the time, who knows??? The thing is, right is right and wrong is wrong. Are you in the right? Well then... Fuck them! Stand up for what is right. I'm not saying go to court, pay court costs and attorney fees, and take your chances with a judge. I'm saying don't give them one red cent of your money - period!!! Not one dime!!! If they are scam artists - they will simply go away. Quietly, to keep their little scam going on other people who will give up money - for as long as they can get away with it. The day that they actually have to show up in court to defend their little scam in front of a judge,... that's the day they empty out the bank account and fly away to the Bahamas. Right is right. Wrong is wrong. And scam artist don't like going to court. :mebeer: If my insuranse company had hit me up for that much money, or even less, I would have told them to "fet gucked!"
  9. My wife, Katie, says to use "Air Group". They are very inexpensive and very good. She is (for the next two weeks) a global logistics manager and has a 5 year relationship with this company. Her contact there is "Brian Moooney" but you can talk to either Emily Cullinan or Tony Senato as well. Call 1-480-921-4250 and tell them Katie Booth referred you. Katie will be joining our company full-time on September 14th. Wish us luck! I just got slapped for that Smilie. :Bj: Slapped again.
  10. I don't know how it happens but I always get lost in the tool section. For hours my wife claims... :mebeer:
  11. Love my litl giant. Before we got the bucket truck our installation vehicle was our Volvo S80 T6. Never would have worked without the litl giant.
  12. Back to the mother-in-law... I decided that if she's gonna be here I might as well put her to work. I had her up on the side of a building installing channel letters with me till almost midnight. Damn... I hate to say it. The old girl was working her ass off and keeping right up with me. And doing way better than my last installer, who wouldn't go to a job site without a joint and his trusty sidekick guitar in tote.
  13. The picture lured me here, the music made me want to drink beer and look at the picture some more. Throw in the fact that my mother-in-law just moved in last night (here for a month - @#$!%!). I hooked up some new speakers to my computer, opened a new window so I could leave the home page music cranked in the background... CRANKED!!! Did I mention my mother -in-law is here? At this rate it could be weeks before I tire of listening to this song...
