    I see this happen all the time, unfortunately customers sometimes have to go through these pains to appreciate the value they truly get from purchasing through a manufacturer that stands behind their products. At Signal-Tech we always support our customers any way we can from troubleshooting installations of our LED or neon signs to providing personalized literature to support them on the sales.
