Job Description Manufacturing Production Manager - LED Channel Letter Signage IRTRONIX is aggressively seeking a motivated Manufacturing Production Manager with experience in signage, specifically channel letter LED signage. This position requires an aggressive, assertive general manager with experience making channel letter signs and hands-on experience working with a CNC router. Some experience with computer aided design is mandatory. With LED lighting sales poised to grow exponentially over the next 2 years, this amazing opportunity may not present itself again. Responsibilities • Reports directly to the CEO, and is a key member of the warehouse management team. • Assists, supports, facilitates, trains, directs leads and motivates to enable the plant to provide an accident free worksite while maintaining status as the preferred supplier of quality products and service with a goal of world class yield, availability, and reliability performance. • Ensures the safe, effective and efficient utilization of labor, materials, equipment, and in-process inventories in the production of all products. • Is responsible for management, oversight, skills improvement and training of all department employees. • Works in an effective and cross-functional manner with all members of the warehouse management team. • Continuously evaluates production performance and focuses on continuous improvement. • Leads focused improvement projects and autonomous maintenance training and activities to meet milestones and timelines. • Assures good housekeeping practices, enforces warehouse rules and safety regulations. • Coordinates production and customer demands with maintenance work and project implementation. • Uses technical knowledge and experience in insuring proper functionality of all production systems. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Associates Degree preferred Some experience in sign industry/channel letter signage/CAD Ability to multi-task Excellent organization, communication and management skills Motivated team player willing to go the extra mile Must have own transportation, mobile phone, valid auto insurance and driver's license with clean driving record To be scheduled for an initial discussion regarding this position please contact us immediately.
