Keith - I'm not sure why I didn't think of this earlier, but you can also use our MC-R Frame. It has fixed retainers like the 6R and measure 4-1/4" and is for a D/F sign. Let me know if you're interested and I'll send you over some info on it.

Would this be a S/F or D/F application? For a S/F sign you could use our EC-4/4R system. http://www.excellart.com/products/# We currently do not offer a 4" version of our 6R, however, we are in the process of designing a system that would be what you are looking for. It would be a narrower version of our EC-6R and would have a finished depth of 3.5"-4".

Thanks Erik! The Mac is actually my brother's (Michael) computer, but I'll have to ask him what it is when he gets in this morning. We are just getting into the video making side of things, but I've been very impressed wih imovie so far.

That's exactly why! This has been a old discussion on here for some time. As for myself here in San Diego, My local suppliers hardly stock anything anymore and I have to wait a couple of days to a week or so just to get simple supplies like neon components, sometimes even transformers. Now this does not even hit on getting the MFG that I want, lot's of times I have to use a MFG I don't normally use or want to use. It will be very curious to see, and I'm pretty certain we'll see a lot more MFG's going AWOL from the normal, or what was the normal model. It's just very hard to get very good loyal representation these days. We're going to see some big changes taking place in this industry. Wait and see I agree Erik I think there are going to be some big changes taking place. We've found similar instances when dealing with our distributors. Very few like to keep extrusions in inventory. We have tried to lessen the impact of this for the end user by increasing our turn around time to only 1-2 days plus shipping... meaning you could have an order within the same week depending on when you order and where you're located.

This is an intersting topic. Generally, I would say I would not pay anything additional for free UPS Ground. However, paying a little bit for a 2 day delivery might be worth it. I guess it would come down to how much supplies I was ordering. If this is something I order in larger quanities on a regular basis then I would hope shipping would be covered anyways. I suppose you would have to look at the costs of shipping a product versus paying an additional fee for free shipping every time.

Hey everyone, in an effort to make our site more user friendly and up-to-date we have been in the process of redesigning our website. My brother and I have put quite a bit of time into this thing (who am I kidding, all the credit goes to him) to help make it more customer friendly and easier to navigate. Definitely one of those weeks... This week I could serioucly torch one of the trucking companies! Between lost shipments and damged material all to the same customer is really getting old. Despite the effort we put into packaging our materials its amazing how much damage these trucking companies can do! Plus, how do you lose a 26' bundle!!? On the upside though, its Superbowl weekend!!!

We had one of our Reps out there for it and he said the same thing about it being a smaller turnout. Although we would have liked to attend and make a presence at the show, unfortunately due to the expenses of attending we were unable to do so. Hopefully next year things will be better and we can make it out to some of the smaller, local shows to visit with current and new customers.
